Magnetisme en moderne heftrucks met computers hebben een probleem bij het rijden in een magnetisch veld, tot 200 Gauss werkt de machine.

Hierboven wordt het een probleem en werd er vroeger uitgeweken naar diesel heftrucks..

Magnetisme en moderne heftrucks met computers hebben een probleem bij het rijden in een magnetisch veld, tot 200 Gauss werkt de machine.

Hierboven wordt het een probleem en werd er vroeger uitgeweken naar diesel heftrucks.

Het is echter verboden om met diesel aangedreven heftrucks binnen te rijden, gas aangedreven heftrucks is nog toegelaten.

HSL ontwikkelde voor moderne heftrucks een aanpassing, die ervoor zorgt dat deze moderne heftrucks blijven werken.
Tevens is de aanpassing ook te gebruiken voor andere toepassingen.

Voorbeeld: in een ruimte hangt een magnetisch veld van 60 Gauss, na aanpassing is de gemeten waarde 3 Gauss.

De eerste vier machines zijn voor Nyrstar te Balen ontwikkeld.

Op de heftruck is tijdens de ontwikkeling een Gauss waarde gemeten van 980 Gauss onder deze extreme omstandigheden waarbij de machines bleven werken.
