Manitou Deutschland GmbH is based in Friedrichsdorf, Hesse.

We sell solutions for handling, lifting and earthmoving under the Manitou and Gehl brands. Our partners are a dealer network that extends over large parts of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Together with our network, we develop solutions for customers in agriculture, construction, industry and other sectors to meet their desired requirements.

The Manitou brand is based on a long family tradition and was founded in 1957. Manitou now offers one of the widest product ranges: a complete product portfolio of forklifts, skid steer loaders, crawler loaders, wheel loaders and articulated loaders through to a complete range of mobile aerial work platforms, rotating telehandlers, heavy-duty telehandlers and telehandlers for a wide variety of industries.

The American company Gehl was founded in 1859 and taken over by the Manitou Group in 2008. Originally deeply rooted in agriculture, Gehl now offers solutions worldwide that meet the needs of both agriculture and construction. The range includes skid steer loaders, track loaders and articulated loaders, among others.
