We are proud to be part of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, which has been transforming industries - across the globe - since it was founded, as a shipbuilding company in 1870 by Yataro Iwasaki.

Since 2016, we have been part of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Forklift, Engine and Turbocharger Holdings, Ltd (M-FET), a holding company 100% owned by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd- which is also owner of the 'Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks' brand and trademark.

Currently, we operate as a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Logisnext (Logistical Equipment and System Solutions Next), which was formed by the integration of Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co Ltd and UniCarriers Corporation as a group company from M-FET.

The new company Logisnext, which was formed in October 2017, brings together some of the world's biggest names in engineering and technology, and is now the third biggest manufacturer of counterbalance and warehouse equipment in the world.
